adiPure IV Football Boot Launch
At the beginning of December 2010, something described by it's manufacturers as 'light, smooth and elegant' was launched; far from being the first door on a festive chocolate calendar, it was the sports brand adidas and their most recent soccer shoes - the adiPure IV.
Creators adidas made the adiPure as an option for the sort of player who is anti garish coloured, plastic boots for a more vintage style created boot, without sacrificing any of the quality that makes up-to-date football equipment perfect for today's electrifying game.
The adidas adiPure IV contains a total kangaroo leather upper and an X-Traxion sole plate, much like it's earlier models but adidas aren't content with only an annual revision. The adiPure IV's direct selling point is it's "OneTouch" architecture, meaning a softer cleat that is breathable and weighs less, but also takes on less water.
The adiPure IV is also the lightest in the adiPure series of soccer shoes; weighing in at 280g per shoe it beats its predecessor by almost 35g! It's not quite the same as adidas' other lightweight cleat - the 165g F50 adiZero, - it is a difference that is surely appreciated by players on water logged pitches across the globe!
Endorsed by Professionals in the calibre of England's Frank Lampard and Spanish and brazilian duo Xabi Alonso and Kak? adidas state that the adiPure IV is for classy, elegant players who value a good touch on the ball and keep cool under pressure - just looking at the shoe, it's difficult not to agree with them, as the creativeness of IV's oozes finesse.
